Niko Etxart is a very special and expressive singer.

On the one hand, he manifests the blood, force and attitude of rock & roll, and on the other hand, his heart has inherited the taste, the talent and the memory of Zuberoa traditional song.

In this album he joins with Dominika (his father) and Robert Larrandaburu (his brother- in-law) to capture on audio what they have sang for years together in a multitude of Basque towns and villages, songs of great force and sublimity.

This repertoire entitled “Eperra” collected the signifi cant air of the Zuberoa songs that fl ows over our hearts like an eagle soaring among the high mountains.
